These can be arranged both privately and in groups (a group of enthusiastic kids for example).
At your home, at my home, at a meeting place, at a wildlife resort or during a safari trip. All is tailored to your specific wishes and personal level.
It is all very interactive and fun!
The classes can be done in English.

Photography Classes
I can teach you many different aspects of photography.
Some examples:
– Basic and advanced camera settings
– Composition and best angles
– Which lenses to use
– Exposure triangle: ISO, aperture and shutter speed
– Under-over exposure
– Use of natural and flash light
– Special effects like double exposure, long
exposure and motion blur
– Photography of the night sky
– Macro photography
– Landscape photography
– Bird photography

A few things that were changed in this photo:
– White balance
– Contrast
– Brightness
– Sharpness
– Toned down background colours and contrast
– Deepened only the subject colours
– Removed the tail of the second bird
– Removed big black spots in the background
– Added a logo.
This can all be done in less than 10 minutes and I can teach you how to do that. Post-processing is almost as important as making the photo itself. It can make an average photo into a good photo and a good photo into a award winning masterpiece!
The best post-processing software is Adobe Photoshop. The problem with Photoshop is that it is not an easy software to learn, but with some very simple steps you will get the hang of it very quickly, whether you are a beginner or an advanced user.
With this Photoshop classes I will include, as a bonus, easy to install Photoshop actions and presets which will make your life soooo much easier and will give you much faster and better results.
Photographic Safaris
I also organize and accompany personalized photographic safari trips to anywhere within Zambia, Malawi, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Tanzania.
This can be a 3 day trip to a nearby destination, a 1 week trip or a complete 3 week safari, it is all up to you.
To make stunning photos, we will search for the best locations, best light and most interesting birds and animals.
We will stay around such a place, bird or animal longer then what you would normally do on a standard safari, all for the best possible photos!
It is very rewarding to try different settings, angles and lenses to get the best results. And that takes time and is great fun to do!
In the afternoon or evening, we can do post-processing on a laptop together and show each other our results.
Do you like waterfalls, landscapes, big cats, splashing hippos, colourful birds, beautiful sunsets and/or the starry sky at night?
We can choose the right route and destinations based on your preferences.
You can choose to camp or to stay in more luxurious lodges, depending on your budget and preferences.
It works like this:
You contact me through email or WhatsApp for a first information exchange.
Then we set a meeting in person or on a WhatsApp (videocall), where we discuss all options and see whether or not we have the necessary “click” to travel together.
I then make a proposal including a quote and you can make a decision.
PHOTOSHOOTS
Personal, Fashion and Corporate Professional Photo Shoots.
Includes 5 professionally photo-shopped high-resolution digital images.
This can be done at my studio in Ibex Hill, Lusaka, at your own home or at an agreed location.
Not included: travel time and travel expenses. Printing and framing can also be arranged.
Costs: USD 100 per hour
